I realized that I could put my listing up on Amazon right away if I do the fulfillment (that’s order management, packing, shipping and customer service). I just got all of the needed information uploaded to Amazon: description, image, keywords, dimensions, weight, UPC codes etc. I checked and everything looks good. The only change is that the black refills are listed in the “Office Supplies” section of Amazon instead of electronics. Hopefully this will only increase their visibility.
If you notice that our black ink refills are not showing up on your Amazon searches, please leave a comment so that we can try to figure out what is going on. It’s crazy but if our item doesn’t show up on the first page of results, we are doomed. Just moving a space or two up the list seems to affect sales! We definitely want Livescribers to see our Generic Refills, so everyone can fall in love with their Livescribe pen, again!
